Welcome to Fiesta del Sol!  The Rotary Club of Hannibal is honored to present this exciting event to welcome the summer season.  Thanks to the sponsorship and volunteer support received from the community, this event is packed full of food, drinks and entertainment.  We thank each and every one of your for the time and effort to help us make this event possible. Rotary is an international service organization comprised of over 34,000 clubs throughout the world – including your own Rotary Club of Hannibal.  The purpose of Rotary is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.  Our primary motto is “service above self” and here in Hannibal, we focus on doing that in fun and exciting . Through fundraisers like this we are able to support our local community by free books to local youth, a play area at the Hannibal Free Clinic, a $2,000 annual scholarship to a local high school student, and grants to organizations such to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, the Hannibal YMCA, FACT, Hannibal Regional Hospital and many more.  Internationally we support the effort to eradicate Polio, provide clean water and sanitation to third world countries and to enhance maternal and child healthcare.
